Attention Dog Owners

ATTENTION DOG OWNERS:

Brookline Dog Owners who are delinquent in registering their dog(s) are reminded that the current $4 late fee for each dog will have an added $50 fine starting on June 1, 2024, as per the Town’s Ordinance.  Town office will be open on Thursday, May 30th from 9 am to 1 pm for you to register your dog. 

Please bring a current Rabies certificate. 

The town has budgeted starting July 1, 2024, to hire the Windham County Sheriff’s Department to help the town get each dog registered or the dog can be impounded at the owner’s expense.  Tickets and court fees will also be at the owner’s expense if you are found to be a non-compliant dog owner.
