Note from the Selectboard Chair

Attention All Brookline Residents, 
 


Monday March 2nd, 2026, is the date of our Annual Town Meeting.  It will begin at 6:00 PM in the multipurpose room of the Brookline School Building (former Day Care). Attendees can enter the school building starting at 5 pm from the front door and go down one flight of stairs to the multipurpose room for the pot luck dinner.  Handicap entrance is behind the school building where you can park and enter on the ground floor. 

There are several elected positions that will become open this year including the Town Clerk position, three Town Lister positions, three Selectboard seats, one Auditor position, and one WRMUED School Director position. Appointed positions will be made at the Selectboard reorganization meeting on Wednesday March 4, 2026.

Please see the Brookline 2025 Annual Report (in your mail box or on the Town website) for a complete list of opportunities to serve the Town. The more of us that volunteer our time, the more we can accomplish for the Town and build relationships with our fellow Brookliners.
