SUMMARY:Yoga at the Meetinghouse
DESCRIPTION:9:30-10:30am every Friday during September-October. \nDrop-in Yoga Friday mornings from 9:30-10:30am for any level of Yoga\, including beginners.  \nGentle Yoga will be the focus as these classes. Bring a Yoga mat if you have one (or one will be provided)and a blanket. Chairs are provided for those of us who can’t get down on the floor.  \nBrittany Frost is a local Yoga instructor who is offering these classes at a sliding scale fee of $5-$25 for access for everyone. She brings experience\, warmth\, and commitment to fostering well-being in our community. Come give it a try!
